Located in Clermont-Ferrand, France, Le PIC is one of Europe's most ambitious workplace destinations.
With 18,000 m² dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and wellbeing, the campus combines coworking spaces, co-living facilities, conference venues, public areas, hospitality services, and cultural experiences within a single connected environment.
The campus includes 51 meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, 2,200 workstations, and La Scène, a hybrid venue designed for professional, cultural, and social events.
As the workplace continued to evolve, Le PIC needed a room booking solution capable of supporting both operational efficiency and a seamless user experience across the campus.
With more than 50 meeting rooms serving members, visitors, and staff, Le PIC needed a solution that couldmake room booking simple, visible, and accessible.
The organisation was looking for a platform that could:
The goal was to create a workplace experience that was easy for users while remaining scalable for the organisation.
AVI, a certified Humly partner and audiovisual integrator, recommended Humly as part of a broader workplace technology deployment.
Working closely with the Le PIC technical team, AVI deployed Humly Booking Devices outside meeting rooms throughout the campus. All devices are centrally managed through Humly Control Panel and integrated withNexudus, creating a connected booking experience across the workplace.
Together, the solution gives users clear, real-time visibility into room availability and easy access to booking through Nexudus, while Humly Control Panel provides centralised management of the Humly devices.
By combining Humly Booking Devices, Humly Control Panel, and Nexudus, Le PIC established a consistent room booking experience across the entire campus.
Users can quickly see room availability and upcoming reservations directly on the Humly Booking Device. To book an available room, users simply scan the QR code on the display and complete the booking in Nexudus Passport. The Booking Device then automatically updates to reflect the new reservation.
The solution helps reduce friction in everyday workplace interactions while ensuring meeting spaces remainaccessible and easy to manage.
Just as importantly, the deployment provides a scalable foundation capable of supporting future growth and evolving workplace requirements.
Humly Booking Devices provide users with real-time meeting room information directly outside each room.
At Le PIC, Humly Booking Devices make room information visible directly outside each meeting space. Users can:
This creates a simple connection between Le PIC's physical meeting spaces and its Nexudus booking environment.
By bringing booking functionality directly to the point of use, Humly helps create a smoother workplaceexperience for employees, members, and visitors.
Today, Humly supports a unified booking experience across 51 meeting rooms and collaboration spaces at Le PIC.
The deployment has helped establish:
As Le PIC continues to expand its workplace ecosystem, the solution provides a flexible framework capable of supporting new users, spaces, and workplace services.

Yes. Humly can support coworking and flexible workplace environments where meeting rooms and shared spaces need to be visible and accessible to different users. Integrations such as Nexudus make it possible to connect Humly's physical workplace interfaces with existing coworking management systems.
A meeting room booking display is a digital interface positioned outside a meeting space that shows information such as current availability and upcoming reservations. Depending on the booking platform and integration, users can also access booking and meeting-management functions from the display or through a connected booking workflow.
Meeting room displays make room availability visible at the point of use, helping users identify available spaces faster and reducing uncertainty around whether a room is free or reserved. They can also connect physical meeting spaces with an organisation's wider workplace booking system.
Yes. Humly Control Panel provides centralised administration of Humly workplace devices, allowing organisations to manage deployments across multiple rooms and spaces from one environment.
