Humly and Comeen by LumApps, a leading workplace experience platform, has announced a new technology integration partnership that connects Humly’s award-winning workplace hardware devices with Comeen by LumApps’s smart meeting room solution. The partnership enables organizations to deliver smarter meeting room booking, workplace management, and AI-powered workplace experiences through a seamless combination of enterprise software and purpose-built workplace devices.
The integration enables organizations using Comeen by LumApps’s workplace platform to deploy Humly Room Display hardware to supply meeting room details and support workplace navigation. The combined solution makes it easier for employees to book the right space and see availability while giving organizations the tools to reduce ghost meetings, which represent nearly one-third of today’s meeting room bookings. It also allows customers to apply smarter booking rules, use workplace analytics to optimize office space, and support AI-powered room booking directly from tools such as Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, and Slack, identifying the best space based on availability, capacity, equipment, and location to help employees book faster and improve insights into real room usage.
As organizations continue adapting to hybrid work environments, demand has increased for workplace technologies that bring together software intelligence, reliable hardware and actionable workplace data. The integration addresses that need by pairing Comeen by LumApps’s powerful workplace management platform with Humly’s premium workplace devices, creating a flexible solution that supports both existing and new deployments across enterprise environments.
The partnership also establishes a foundation for future workplace intelligence initiatives. Both companies see opportunities to expand integrations beyond scheduling and booking workflows to include occupancy monitoring, environmental data, utilization analytics and other sensor-driven workplace insights through Humly Sense, Humly’s open sensing gateway platform.
The integration reflects Humly’s broader strategy of building an open ecosystem that connects workplace technologies, software platforms and intelligent building systems through partnerships and interoperable architectures.
“Organizations want workplace technology that works together seamlessly, regardless of the platforms and hardware they choose,” said Anders Karlsson, CEO of Humly. “Our partnership with Comeen strengthens Humly’s commitment to open integrations and workplace ecosystems that give customers greater flexibility. By combining Comeen by LumApps’s powerful workplace experience platform with Humly’s trusted hardware devices and future sensor capabilities, we are creating new opportunities for organizations to deliver smarter, more connected workplace experiences.”
For Comeen by LumApps, the partnership adds a certified hardware solution that complements its workplace experience platform while giving customers a clear deployment path backed by proven workplace technology.
“Our customers are increasingly looking for workplace solutions that combine powerful software with reliable, purpose-built hardware,” said Ben Gauthier, General Manager WEX at Comeen by LumApps. “This integration with Humly is a natural fit. Together, we can give organizations a seamless way to manage meeting rooms, improve visibility on available spaces, and use workplace intelligence to reduce ghost meetings, understand real usage, and optimize every room.”
The partnership supports organizations across Europe and North America and provides a foundation for future collaboration around workplace analytics, occupancy insights, environmental monitoring and broader workplace experience initiatives.
